  • Prepare monthly/quarterly newsletters for corporations for internal and external audiences
  • Write articles for company web sites, working with management and employees worldwide to educate employees on company’s business operations and growth opportunities
  • Create senior executive presentations on quarterly/yearly results, town hall meetings, and other forums
  • Develop employee events, including communications programs with senior management, educational programs on company’s global activities, community support programs, and annual family/holiday events

Policy and Procedures

  • Prepare annual benefits materials for open enrollment campaigns
  • Develop employee handbook materials
  • Create college and new hire recruitment campaigns, including brochures, videos and Power Point Presentations, for U.S. and international audiences
  • Prepare communications materials for strategic HR programs, including employee incentive programs and early retirement programs
