- Prepare monthly/quarterly newsletters for corporations for internal and external audiences
- Write articles for company web sites, working with management and employees worldwide to educate employees on company’s business operations and growth opportunities
- Create senior executive presentations on quarterly/yearly results, town hall meetings, and other forums
- Develop employee events, including communications programs with senior management, educational programs on company’s global activities, community support programs, and annual family/holiday events
Policy and Procedures
- Prepare annual benefits materials for open enrollment campaigns
- Develop employee handbook materials
- Create college and new hire recruitment campaigns, including brochures, videos and Power Point Presentations, for U.S. and international audiences
- Prepare communications materials for strategic HR programs, including employee incentive programs and early retirement programs
